Thanksgiving Weekend

I've had an awesome weekend!Friday. I went to dinner with the girls & it was so nice to hook up with them with no boys! What a treat! Fancy meal. Great conversation. Wine & more wine. Slight comedy minuite when the boys planted their faces in the window of the restuarant on their boys night out on the way to watch Trailer Park Boys. Beautifully executed boys! We loved it. Then we sat at the Taku & visited more until we got kicked out of our seats because it was someone elses table. Then we separated. The girls went to meet the boys & I never saw them agian that night. I went to go meet my friend Rob & we had a few drinks together. Very lovely night indeed. Allaround shooting the shit & haning out. Couldn't have asked for more.
Sat&Sun I was in a judging course for gymnastics. Learning the new code plus a new scoring system. Crazy. Lots of work but it was hard for me because I've had a lingering onset of a cold. I went in thinking I was learning the level 3 when the instructor, Gord, said that I had already completed the L3 exam last year. Lucky me. Now I'm in there learning the level 4 CPP code. I passed! yay! I got about 94% on the practical (judging routines via video) & only about 66% on theory. I blame it on my cold & the fact that the new code was only released to us last week. All the minute details are hard to pick up unless you are out there judging & are implementing them. So I passed with just over 80%. It's harsh. A 75% is needed! Way to go Sue! While I was at gym on Saturday, Roxy went to her friend's house, Tundra.. a samoid. Tundra also had another friend dog visiting, Logan, a comondor (type of sheepdog). Comondors are crazy looking dogs with dreadlocks! All the dogs had fun & played for hours & hours. Sun Roxy stayed out in the dog yard all day & was quite upset with me as it was not as entertaining for her as the day b4. I ate a fab meal Sunday evening with Rob. I have been feeling under the weather & I wanted to be more into the conversation & stuff & make the evening a little more entertaining but what good is a stuffy nose & a fever! [I really hate to pass on colds but I think i've given it to everyone already. I'm really sorry guys. I didn't mean to make ya sick.] Rob is a friend I met quite a while ago at coed soccer & i've also seen him around snowboarding & thru friends. He's an awesome gent. Loves life. Great tattoos. Great smile. Awesome awesome at his job... electrician. Loves music. Loves girls. Carismatic. Loves life to the fullest... I mean it. He's got so much energy he could out run & out play Roxy! I've got to go back to the gym today to judge some gymnasts. I'd rather kick around here, have soup & tea & stay cozy. Gobble Gobble.
