Christmas is comming

Hi, I know it's been over a month. I've been so busy. Lots of work at the office, lots of training with Roxy, lots of parties, lots of running & ski-jouring. I've also been busy teaching trampoline to Canada Games athletes who are cross-training for snowboarding & freestyle skiing. Plus Christmas shopping & sending parcels & recieving parcels! THANKS!! It's been a cold winter all thru November... minus too cold! (40below!) Roxy wouldn't even go outside to pee. I had to toss her out the door! Too funny! Now its all warm & in the -5C range. I'm looking forward to visiting family for the holidays & spending time on an island beach! I'll be having fun in the sun soon enough! This picture is of an alpine flower on my hike up Golden Horn Mountain in the fall. It's taken with my cellphone. There is some lichen on the ground here as well. I love the outdoors! Take care.
